Fire Service Training Facility General Construction

• Repair all holes in floor and roofs
• Replace with new expanded metal floor on upper roof.
• Re-build new hatches
• Re-build new sliding steel door access.
• Sand blast entire floors and walls as necessary to repair the surface.
• Drill in larger holes so that the water can be released better.
• Repair all railings and stairs as required to make safety.
• Replace metal at engines and build a steel heat shield to protect container
• Repaint entire area of shipping containers with a high heat paint good up to 1600 degrees and prime bare new metal with primer.
• Supply and install four (4) new 90min rated steel doors with welded push/pull entry device.
